Greg Allen
Principal
Greg co-founded Cadius Partners in 2004 and is the primary investment consultant for our projects in real estate development. With an impressive 25 years of experience behind him, Greg is the driving force behind Cadius Partners developments and has managed over $100 million worth of successful projects. His credentials include a Master's Degree from the University of Denver and a B.S. from Washington Adventist University – both pertaining to Real Estate Construction Management and Business Finance, respectively - as well as work experience with esteemed firms like Eagle Homes Colorado, Martel & Edsall Constructions Companies (as Project Manager).
Ben Ohman
Real Estate Development Analyst
From offering fresh perspectives in real estate development, implementing new constructions, to project returns for potential developments, Ben is often the CP go-to. Currently, Ben is primarily focused on improving the organization of the company’s finances and developing more precise management tools.
Joshua Allen
Project Manager
Joshua joined Cadius Partners in 2014. He does property and market research, oversees local residential projects through CP Build, performs cost estimations, and handles compliance needs of the company. Joshua has previously worked as an independent contractor on residential construction projects. He graduated Magna Caum Laude with highest honors from Montana State University with a B.S. in Economics.
