Funded in part with new market tax credit financing, Cadius Partners received $22,000 for adaptive reuse work on the existing Independent Record building in Helena, Montana. The property now hosts a cooperative coworking space, architectural office, brewhouse, restaurant, and coffee shop. Additional plans for the site include The Maverick, a 36-unit apartment building, and a traditional office building. This property was developed in collaboration with Mosaic Architecture.
